Storecrew is a scheduling, time clock and checklist app for small businesses (stores, golf courses and similar). An owner or manager sets up an organisation and invites their crew. This policy explains what the app stores and why.
Only to run your organisation's schedule, time clock and checklists, and to show owners and managers their reports (timesheets, labour cost). We do not sell data, show ads, or share it with third parties, except the infrastructure providers below.
Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres, hosted in the United States) and the web app is served by Vercel. Both transmit data over TLS. Access is restricted per organisation: people only see the organisation(s) they belong to.
Ask Storecrew answers questions (your next shift, who is working, today's checklists and similar) on your device, from what you can already see in the app. Your questions are not sent anywhere. If AI answers are added later, this policy will say what is sent, and to whom, before they are switched on.
The live demo creates a sample business on our server under a guest login, with no email address or password. Whatever you type into it (names, shifts, notes) is stored with that sample and deleted 24 hours after the demo started, or at once when you press End demo. Emails, phone numbers and photos are not saved in a live demo, and nothing is sent to anyone.
Storecrew is for working adults and is not directed at children under 16.
