Delete your Storecrew account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the web at storecrew.app:

1. Log in.
2. Open Settings (⚙️, the last tab: bottom right on a phone, top right on a computer).
3. Scroll to Account and press Delete my account, then confirm.

What is deleted right away: your login (email, password, Google link) and your profile. What stays: your crew rows in the organisations you worked for, so their schedules and payroll history remain correct — they no longer link to any login. If you were the only member of an organisation, that organisation and all its data (shifts, punches, checklists, photos) are deleted with your account.

If you cannot log in, email support@storecrew.app from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
